What information do I need? 1) Your dates of arrival & departure What is the Group Leader Responible for? To collect and remit deposits & payments for group members. A credit card imprint is required as a security deposit. Deposit Required? Due to high demand and limited availability, a non refundable $ 50. "Hold Space" deposit is required to proceed and block tee times and lodging space until individual $100. Per person deposits is required. Balance Due? Full payment is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. Certain exceptions are considered. Forms of Payment? We accept American Express. Personal checks are accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation? Full refund less $50 per person with minimum 14 days notice. Cancellation without required notice forfeits entire deposit. If golf course is not cancelled at least 72 hours ahead of scheduled play, entire green fee will be charged to individual who made reservation. Rainout? At course discretion, tee vouchers initialed by course Pro/Agent as rainout/no charge may be returned to lodging office for full credit. Changes? Changes should be limited to no more than two. A change fee of $25 per change will be charged to individual who made reservation unless otherwised authorized to charge fee to credit card of individual making change. Check-In? Check-in is after 3 PM, however if your lodging units are ready ahead, earlier check-in will be allowed. Please call lodging facility ahead to verify early availability. Check-Out? Check-out is before 11 AM, however a late check out may be given by resort if requested. Please call your request in at least 24 hours ahead. |
